This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, disclose and protect personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
It applies to our website at integratedanalytics.xyz (the "Website") and to the advisory, AI agent design and workflow integration services we provide (the "Services").

We collect personal information that is reasonably necessary for, or directly related to, our functions and activities. The types of personal information we may collect include:
- Identity and contact information — name, job title, employer, business email address and business phone number.
- Engagement information — details of the organisation you represent, the context of your enquiry, meeting notes and records of communications with us.
- Technical information — IP address, device and browser type, referring URL, pages visited and time spent, collected via cookies and analytics tools (see section 8).

We do not intentionally collect sensitive information (as defined in the Privacy Act) through the Website. If you volunteer sensitive information in correspondence, we will handle it in accordance with the Privacy Act.

We collect, hold and use personal information to:
- respond to enquiries and provide information about our Services;
- schedule and conduct strategy calls, briefings and meetings;

We do not sell personal information.
6. Overseas disclosure
We primarily store personal information in Australia. Our production systems are hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the Sydney (ap-southeast-2) region.
However, some of our third-party service providers (including analytics, email and productivity tools) may store or process personal information overseas, including in the United States and other countries. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure the recipient handles personal information in a manner consistent with the APPs.
By providing personal information to us, you consent to the overseas disclosures described in this policy.
7. Storage and security
We hold personal information in electronic form on systems hosted with AWS (Sydney) and within reputable third-party SaaS platforms. We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference and loss, and from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure, including through:
- access controls and authentication requirements;
- encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest where appropriate;
- vendor assessments of key service providers;
- staff training and confidentiality obligations; and
- retention and destruction practices aligned with legal and business needs.
No system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted to or from the Website.
8. Cookies and analytics
The Website uses cookies and similar technologies to operate and improve the site.
We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect information about how visitors use the Website, including pages viewed, time on site, approximate location (derived from IP address) and device information. This information is used by us in aggregate form to understand Website usage and improve performance.

We will respond within a reasonable period, generally within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before providing access. There is no fee for making a request, but we may charge a reasonable fee to cover the cost of providing access in specific circumstances.
If we refuse access or correction, we will give you written reasons and information about how to complain.

If you believe we have breached the APPs or mishandled your personal information, please contact us using the details in section 13. We will acknowledge your complaint and aim to respond within 30 days.
